HSSC Selection Process
The Haryana Staff Selection Commission will hire the candidates for all recruitments with the same selection procedure. All the candidates who applied for HSSC for various posts will be select after the process of written exam, interview, document verification and medical test. First, the candidates will be invited for the initial phase which is the written exam.
The written examination will be objective type and consist multiple choice questions. The aspirants who qualified in the written test are selected for the next step which is the interview. The shortlisted candidates in the interview will be called for documents verifications and medical test. After all these processes the candidates are finally selected for these posts.
Type of written exam
The first thing to know for all candidates is that what is the type of written exam. How many questions will be asking? Let me tell you all these details in the simplest form. The HSSC written test will consist 100 questions. The question will be included from General Awareness, General Knowledge, Mathematics, Science, English, General Intelligence.
There will a time interval of 1.30 hours to complete this examination. The candidates have to complete its consideration in this interval of time. Each right question carries two marks. The candidates have to obtain minimum 60% marks to passing the examination.

General Knowledge: – Current Events, Culture & Heritage, Geography, General Polity, History, Science & Technology, Economy, Environmental Studies, Current Affairs.
Mathematics: – Averages, Boats & Streams, Data Interpretation, Interest, Percentages, Problems on Ages, Profit and Loss, Pipes & Cisterns, Simplification, Time & Work and Time & Distance etc.
Science: – Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Studies, Biology etc.
English: – Vocabulary, Fill in the blanks, Comprehension, One Word Substitution, Error Detection, Cloze Test, Transformation of Sentences, Tenses etc.

How to Prepare for HSSC Written Exam
