Army Public School (APS) is a system of public schools established for imparting education to the children of the Indian armed forces personnel. There are more than 130 schools in the country; it is one of the largest chains of schools in India that is controlled by the AWES (Army Welfare Education Society) which was established in 1983.
Recently the AWES has released a recruitment notification for various posts of teachers. There are 8000 vacant posts for PGT/ TGT and PRT teacher in this department. The Department has invited the applications before 13th September 2016. As the process of submitting application form has complete the AWES has decided to conduct the written exam for this post. The AWES Admit Card 2016 for this exam will be declared before 10 days of examination.
All the candidates who have applied for this post will be selected after the process of written exam and interview. The shortlisted candidates in the written test will be chosen for the interview and after that selected for these post. The written exam for this post will conduct on 26th & 27th November 2016. The Admit Card for this examination will be released on 15th November 2016. The written exam for PGT and TGT is objective type for 3 hours.
The paper will be divided into two parts; Part-A and Part-B. The Part-A consist questions from General Awareness, Mental Ability, English, Comprehension, Educational, Concepts and Methodology and Part-B conduct for the specific subject. The PRT examination will have only one part as PGT/ TGT part-a. The candidates who qualified in the written exam will be called for next stage.
